Cranbrook Flavours is a family-owned South African flavour manufacturer founded in 1984, operating from a purpose-built manufacturing and development facility in Spartan, Kempton Park, Johannesburg. The company develops and produces flavours, seasonings and ingredients across beverages, confectionery, dairy, bakery and savoury applications, with a library of more than 13,000 sweet and savoury formulations and in-house capability spanning spray-dried and liquid flavours, reaction flavours, emulsions, colouring units and aroma chemical synthesis. Its stated specialisms include salt-reduction and sugar-reduction technology. Cranbrook is FSSC 22000 (V6) accredited with Halaal and Kosher compliance, and employs a team of food scientists across development and production.
